The incident took place around 3:39 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, when Greenwich police officers responded to a call for a domestic incident that was taking place in the Byram area of Greenwich, said Lt. John Slusarz.
According to police the Charles Boddie, 46, of Stamford, was arrested after police arrived on the scene and determined that he had allegedly pushed a woman during a fight, causing her to hit a table, causing a minor injury, police said.
Boddie was arrested and charged with disorderly and released on a promise to appear in court on Monday, Oct. 28.
